if you are use share hosting for xenforo .can not use redis or other cache plugin .you can try this plugin for better speed.

our website lutish.com was use static css plugin .you can find it and test . No big issue ,some css display bug easy to use extra.less to fix it .
Now AllInone.css was work strong

ALL work was auto finished .add lasttime for auto update css for cdn .like cloudflare etc.

Under the same conditions, speed was better than merge allinone.css mode,when you are use split static css mode.a tiny difference with default xenforo .
that is some Bot and users was use Http/2 ，but more search bot was use Http/1.1 .so Merge css was better than split static when bot was try to index your website .
